Regulations for renting and reserving apartments
§1
General provisions
- The terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions for booking and renting apartments offered at: www.marinajastrzebiagora.pl. Making a reservation is tantamount to knowing and accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
- Making a reservation simultaneously constitutes the conclusion of an apartment rental agreement between: Altosun Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as “Altosun”), 16 Władysława Reymonta Street, 80-290 Gdańsk, and the Client on the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations and price list.
- The person renting the apartment can only be a person 18 years of age or older with full legal capacity.
§2
Umowa najmu
- The contract concluded between Altosun and the Client covers only the rental of the apartment . Travel, meals and organization of the time of stay are the sole responsibility of the Client. The swimming pool and playgrounds are an additional attraction not included in the price, but with free use for Marina Jastrzebia Gora Apartments customers.
- Included in the rental price are utility charges (gas, electricity, water).
- In addition to the rental fee, there is a local fee (the so-called climatic fee) payable in cash on the spot, according to the current rates.
- Altosun will not charge any additional fees beyond those indicated on the website and in these Terms and Conditions. All apartments are furnished and have kitchenettes.
§3
Booking
- Reservations can be made by phone at 668-666-444 or by sending an e-mail to: rent@marinajastrzebiagora.pl and in person at the office, on the premises at 36 Rozewska Street, 84-104 Jastrzebia Gora
- Reservation of apartment rental requires payment within 12 hours of its confirmation of 50% of the apartment rental fee for the entire reserved stay, which constitutes a reservation deposit (prepayment). Failure to make this payment will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- In addition, if you make a reservation by phone, you are required to confirm it by email, no later than 12 hours.
- The price for the rental of the apartment for the entire period of the client’s stay is fixed, in accordance with the terms of the reservation, and does not change even if the stay is shortened for reasons attributable to the client.
- In some cases, the value of the reservation deposit (down payment) may be 100% of the apartment rental fee. In particular, Altosun reserves this possibility in case of booking the last available apartment or in case of a stay of less than 2 days.
- To make a reservation, please specify:
- The date of your planned arrival and the length of your stay;
- Planned time of arrival;
- The number of people in the apartment (adults and children, stating their children’s ages);
- Name of the person making the reservation;
- Phone number;
- E-mail;
- Invoice data, if required;
7. Upon receipt of all necessary information, a confirmation of the reservation is sent to the client, along with details for payment of a reservation deposit (down payment) in the amount of 50% of the apartment rental fee for the entire reserved period of stay, subject to paragraph 5 of this section. Making this payment is a guarantee of the reservation of the stay. The reservation deposit (down payment) is non-refundable in accordance with §5 of these regulations.
§4
Booking Guarantee:
- Payment of the reservation deposit, in accordance with § 3 of the Regulations, is the sole basis for Altosun’s booking of the apartment rental
- Reservations not confirmed by payment of the reservation deposit within 12h, are automatically canceled by the hotel reservation system.
§5
Cancellation conditions
- The booked date and rental period of the apartment is binding for both parties.
- In case of shortening the stay by the client, Altosun does not refund the paid funds.
- In case of shortening the stay for reasons beyond Altosun’s control, the fees for the unused stay are not refundable.
- Once a reservation has been made, a free change or cancellation of the reserved apartment rental is not possible.
§6
Price change
The price set at the time of booking is not subject to change, regardless of any circumstances.
