Regulations for the use of the Playroom located in the Marina Jastrzebia Gora Apartments complex

§1
General provisions

The Regulations specify the terms and conditions of using the playroom located in the Marina Jastrzębia Góra Apartments complex, belonging to the Housing Community operated by Altosun Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as “Altosun”), 16 Władysława Reymonta Street, 80-290 Gdańsk.

1. The so-called “monkey grove” playroom is exclusively for children from 2-7 years old;
2. Children are allowed in the playroom only under the supervision of an adult;
3. Before entering the playroom, children and parents/guardians are required to remove footwear and outerwear. In the playroom, everyone stays in socks or clean shoes for a change;
4. In the playroom, children play without glasses, jewelry, watches, etc..;
5. The playroom is monitored by live viewing only, which does not relieve parents/guardians of their responsibility to care for their children, leaving children unattended by parents/guardians is not allowed;
6. Pets are not allowed in the playroom;
7. Littering is not allowed in the Playroom. Waste must be taken with you;
8. The use of playground equipment and staying in the Playroom can take place from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm;
9. In the playroom, you can only use the equipment that is the equipment of the playroom. It is forbidden to vandalize playground equipment;
10. Due to health risks and injuries, it is unacceptable:
    • Use of equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended use;
    • Climbing the outer walls – the nets of the structure;
    • Jumping off slides and moving in the direction opposite to the slide;
    • Destruction of structures, toys or decorative elements;
    • Eating, drinking, chewing gum while playing, as there may be a choking hazard
11. Persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or intoxicants, as well as drugs that impair mental and physical performance, are prohibited from entering the playroom;
12. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the playroom;
13. The use of all equipment in the playroom must be carried out in accordance with its purpose and function and in a manner that does not endanger users or damage the equipment;
14. Parents/guardians of children should remember the legal responsibility for any damage caused by children to persons or property. You should immediately report to the Marina Jastarnia Office any noticed defects, damages, etc., and not use or stop using such equipment.  The Altosun operator shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property of persons using the playroom caused without the sole fault of the Altosun operator.
15. The use of individual devices should be adapted to the child’s development. The assessment should be made by the child’s parent/guardian.
16. Violators of these Regulations, both children and parents/guardians, may be forced to leave the playroom.

You should immediately report to the Marina Jastarnia Office any noticed defects, damages, etc., and not use or stop using such equipment.  The Altosun operator shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property of persons using the playroom caused without the sole fault of the Altosun operator.
