Regulations of the private-owner swimming pool
- The Regulations specify the terms and conditions of using the swimming pool complex on the premises of Marina Jastrzębia Góra Apartments, which is operated by Altosun Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter referred to as “Altosun”), 16 Władysława Reymonta Street, 80-290 Gdańsk. The swimming pool complex includes a swimming pool hall with a swimming pool, paddling pool and passageways, as well as changing rooms.
- The pool is open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm exclusively for Marina Apartments owners and those staying in the Marina complex under an apartment rental agreement.
- Before entering the pool hall area, you must read these rules and regulations and instructions for use and comply with them while in the pool hall area. Using the pool complex is tantamount to becoming familiar with the terms of the Regulations and accepting them.
- Before entering the pool hall, users are required to use the locker room, i.e. change their shoes to clean beach shoes, leave their outer garments, change into bathing suit/shower and then wash thoroughly by using the shower located in the locker room with the use of washing agents.
- The change of clothes into swimming pool attire takes place only in the changing rooms located in the locker rooms.
- Persons using the pool hall are obliged to wear a swimming suit that meets hygienic and aesthetic requirements and does not have elements that can pose a threat to the health or safety of the user, as well as cause damage to the elements of the pool complex.
- Children who do not know how to use the toilet are obliged to wear disposable diapers designed for bathing.
- Devices that can be damaged (cell phones, tablets, watches, etc.) and sharp-edged items that can pose a danger to people using the pool (such as jewelry) should be left in the rooms. It is recommended to leave valuable items in the apartment to reduce the risk of loss or theft.
- Neither Altosun nor the owners of the complex are responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Up to 15 people can use the pool complex at a time.
- The following are forbidden in the swimming pool complex: smoking (including e-cigs), bringing and consuming food, sweets (including chewing gum), drinks, alcohol, bringing sharp, dangerous objects, especially glass objects (including cosmetics in glass containers ) and bringing dogs and other animals.
- The pool may not be used by persons who:- are under the influence of alcohol or are in a state of intoxication;- are under the influence of intoxicants;- are under the influence of psychotropic drugs;- are in a poor state of health that may pose a danger to themselves or others;- have unhealed wounds;- suffer from any infectious diseases, diseases of the excretory system, diseases related to circulatory insufficiency, suffer from epilepsy, diseases of the respiratory system, and other diseases at which the use of the pool may cause a danger to the life or health of that person or other persons using the pool.- are allergic to disinfectants;
- Persons, suffering from conditions other than those listed in paragraph 12, however, whose health condition allows them to use the pool, as well as persons with impaired fitness or well-being, and pregnant women, should use the pool and equipment in the pool area, with special care, according to their health condition. Such persons use the pool only at their own risk.
- Those who use corrective glasses wear them at their own risk. If the glasses are broken or cracked, the person using them is obliged to immediately inform an employee of the Facility about the incident.
- Temporarily out of service areas of the pool complex are marked. It is forbidden to use the temporarily excluded zones.
- On the territory of the swimming pool complex it is forbidden:
- running;
- jumping into the water;
- pushing or pulling other people into the water;
- Initiating false alarms;
- Littering the pool;
- destruction of the swimming pool complex or its equipment
- leaving children unattended;
- behaving in a manner generally considered indecent;
- Persons using the pool complex are required to:- obey the order and prohibition signs placed in the swimming pool complex;- obey the instructions of the Facility staff;- adjust their activity plans to their own skills and general fitness and state of health;- use equipment appropriate to the type of activity undertaken, technically efficient and in accordance with its purpose and rules of use;- immediately inform the Facility staff of any accidents, injuries and other incidents that may affect the safety of themselves and others;- enter and leave the swimming pool basins only in the areas designated for this purpose;
- It is forbidden for persons under 18 years of age to use the pool without the supervision of an adult.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for children remaining in the pool complex underage.
- Altosun and the owners of the swimming pool complex shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property of persons using the pool that is not the exclusive fault of Altosun or the owners of the complex.
- A person violating the Rules may be forced to leave the pool complex.
- The pool complex is a private swimming pool and is not subject to lifeguard supervision – an unguarded pool.
